He is very professional in his work, customer-orientated with good technical knowledge/advice and most importantly he is very committed in delivering his promises and a quality work. I sent my car for repair, and he attended to it promptly, identified the root cause and get it repaired with minimal cost and downtime compared to other workshops. Came for a pre-booked appt to do paint protection and cabin sanitization. The service was quoted 4 hours but they finished ahead of time. Very satisfied with the outcome and will use them again

Huge shoutout to Roy who attended to me at the front of house and to the maintenance team who took the utmost care in the back to polish & wash Popped in by appointment to redeem my Paint Protection Package which was bundled with my recent insurance renewal. From start to finish, impeccable customer service. Only took 2-3h for the professional team to spruce up the vehicle. And I must emphasize that they went above and beyond. The car looks as brand new as it can be for its age both external shine and internal vacuumed. To others it might be the norm or expected from their servicing workshops, but I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Will return to SPARK for other needs in the future.
