Automotive Spray Painter

ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Automotive Panel Beater to join our team in Braddell, Singapore. As an Automotive Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies and panels to their original condition. This is a full-time position, allowing you to grow your skills and contribute to the success of our company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage and develop a repair plan
• Remove, straighten, and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
• Perform metal finishing and body filler work to achieve a smooth, seamless finish
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply primer, paint, and clear coat as needed
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Panel Beater or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, materials, and equipment
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised panel beating equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
