Car Wash

I did not have the chance to properly wash the car since the monsoon season started 2 plus weeks ago. With CNY in 2 days time and most of the car wash shops / detailing shops closed/ fully booked, I felt very fortunate to get a car wash slot at SPARK Car Care (Sin Ming). My car is back to its shine again and Kudos to the team from customer care to automotive technician for taking care of my ride. Pleasant experience and look forward to returning again!

Repairs

Fauzy is my service advisor for my Volvo. He is very professional in his work, customer-orientated with good technical knowledge/advice and most importantly he is very committed in delivering his promises and a quality work. I sent my car for repair, and he attended to it promptly, identified the root cause and get it repaired with minimal cost and downtime compared to other workshops. Nowadays, it is very hard in the automotive industry to find someone like Fauzy who is so passionate about his work. Keep up the good work!! Well done SPARK Car Care Loyang!
